André has a Master’s degree in economics for the University of Zurich and an MAS in Human Resources from the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP). He has served in various leading functions in Human Resources Management and Learning and Development in the financial services industry, the professional services industry, and in the manufacturing and production industry.
