Personal Data: We collect personal data such as the name, email address, and other relevant contact details of the employee. This information is necessary for the administration and management of the survey process.
Survey Data: We collect information through surveys which consist of ratings from the employee and or other requested survey takers for the 360Feedback and Talent Review or comments provided by survey takers in the completion of the 360Feedback survey.

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To communicate with users regarding survey updates, assessment results, and provide support.
- To provide and maintain our services, including conducting surveys and competencies assessments.
- To improve our platform’s performance and functionality based on usage trends and feedback from users.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Affentranger Kveton + Partners does not sell or rent any personal information to any third party. We do not disclose any personal information to any other party except to fulfill the purposes for which the information was disclosed.
To fulfill those purposes, Affentranger Kveton + Partners discloses personal information as follows: To our clients and users who administer CATIL solutions (CATIL 360Feedback, CATIL Talent Review); To employees of Affentranger Kveton + Partners, our consultants, sub-contractors and CATIL Partners and their employees for database management, administration, customer support, and assistance in interpreting assessment results; To subcontractors of Affentranger Kveton + Partners who develop and manage our hardware, software and communications infrastructure; and To third party software systems used by the Customer Affentranger Kveton + Partners maintains contracts with our subcontractors requiring them to comply with the requirements of this Policy. These third parties must provide at least the same level of privacy protection as required under applicable law.
4. Data Security
We keep your information private and secure. Affentranger Kveton + Partners maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to ensure the security of personal information and to protect such personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, by supplying information, you acknowledge that you are aware of security and privacy limitations, including but not limited to (1) the possible limitations or failures of security, privacy and authentication measures and features in this system; and (2) that data or information may be subject to third party eavesdropping or tampering. When the personal data that we collect is no longer required in this way, we destroy or delete it in a secure manner. All information with respect to assessment and surveys is deleted by the data controller, the company using the CATIL solutions, whenever this is required by their internal policy. We otherwise delete data after the service to the clients ends.

We do not engage in direct marketing activities using your personal data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request that your personal information be deleted at any time. This includes the data collected through surveys and any personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting your internal point of contact who administered the survey directly.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website. Your continued use of our platform after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
